@ww oooo, yeah! there's a particular brand of canned coffee that'll give me the shakes and a bit of a physical buzz, i figured it was the mct oil or some other additive (it's also 300mg instead of the typical 150-160)
but even that is still a lower dose than i'd need for the same effects with pure caffeine

@ww mmm, i suppose i notice a bit of that, 'specially since i started logging most (it's really hard to know if you caught it all, and how much, stuff's everywhere..) of my intake recently

like knowing when full comeup should be made me more aware of it or something
but that could just be placebo.. i know i don't get the physical effects till i'm doing pretty huge doses..

what is with rail travel in the states being oddly expensive
three heckin hours via brightline orlando -> miami @ 90usd a ticket, wtf
