vegan food question what do you do about cheese?
a lot of the recipes i make use cheese as a textural or topping sort of thing, as a sort of cap on casseroles for example

been experimenting with translating recipes and most ingredients aren't to difficult to substitute or replace, but cheese has me stumped...
