it's possible i might just have something of a thing for small mammals such many cute fuzzy options, but also big mammals sometimes too like, the lynx, such a big fuzzy kibtty
@Paradox wana say chemistry is more about ratios though... and like when they go for absolutes, they go for mols.. i think.. might be wrong, i'm not a chemist after all
@prettygood got myself a nice drink i've not had in a while, a blackberry lemonbar sour, really nice that i found a place that sells more of the local brewery options also got in plenty of sleep throughout the day, it's nice having some of that sleep debt paid off :3
foodbeside the point, textured vegetable protein is fantastic and i've found that it can outright replace meat in any case where the texture of tofu is a bit wrong if you can get a local source of the stuff, take advantage of it! it's often cheaper than meat too! (tofu is too, but texture things...)
take, for example, a goal of mine, i want to eat vegetarian more often, ideally almost always what i've been doing is noticing what isn't and looking for ways to change it up... i've still got plenty of foods that i've not quite found a way to change, but being open to experimenting and not beating myself up over it has helped a lot
might be the big takeaway there, not beating yourself up when things are going slow or not quite to plan being nice to yourself and like, looking at the progress made so far in a positive way helps the change to keep moving, i think
i think something folks forget a bit is that big life changes often don't need to be done all at once it can be done, sure, but it's often easier if taken slowly
