what i've been doing is noticing what isn't and looking for ways to change it up... i've still got plenty of foods that i've not quite found a way to change, but being open to experimenting and not beating myself up over it has helped a lot
might be the big takeaway there, not beating yourself up when things are going slow or not quite to plan
being nice to yourself and like, looking at the progress made so far in a positive way helps the change to keep moving, i think
