hmm, compressing lots of ordinary files as lossy formats
i think i could make that :3
i wonder how well it could squash down a library, though the information would be lost
flac could work for recovery though!

if either side was lossy compressed
it'd fade in some direction or another
wonder how it would...
probably wouldn't be in the same kind of way that reencoding jpegs or mp3s does
something unique, possibly combining the two in a way
either that, or the codec that drops more information would "win" in a way..
