@Paradox had a look into it, the '100% juice' kind that i like for straight cranberry is a juice concentrate blend of cranberry, apple and grape.. no sugar or artificial sweeteners
and it looks like the other varieties i like have sugar (quite a lot it seems), but it doesn't drive up the calorie count very much from the un-sugared kinds...

so, yeah, you're right about the sweet juice mixing there, fascinating stuff... i wonder what straight cranberry tastes like, i do enjoy dried cranberries ​:cirno_shrug:​

@Paradox pretty sure it's a particular variety of cranberries, white cranberries would make sense i suppose...
i don't think the ocean spray stuff is all that sweetened, i'll have to check the label...

@Paradox generally some kind of cranberry blend, lately it's been white-cran peach or white-cran strawberry
thinking i might do either straight cranberry or cran raspberry today though...
am also quite fond of grapefruit juice, but it's a little intense to be drinking often
