like most things with bodies, they operate on very careful balances
often too much is worse than not enough

i suppose it's worth saying i'm not a diagnostician, or really a professional of any sort in this field so, grain of salt for what i say

i do really hope you recover from it though..

re: Ph- @ity then, yeah, you're probably already quite familiar with it...
unfortunately solutions while it's happening aren't super known to me other than rest
perhaps a hot shower or bath might help.. or really getting the affected spot under heat in general, it can help a bit with muscle and nerve issues

but prevention is the general stuff, stretching, electrolytes and pacing yourself during strenuous activities
really wish i could help more here, pain sucks in any form :/

best i can say is to do your best to not aggravate it and get some rest
at least in my case (it happens in my hand), resting gets everything to ease up and stop pulling in ways it shouldn't...

@Paradox coffee stout is perhaps a bit too intense for my liking, they tend to have dark, bitter flavors, think dark chocolate, toast, and so on... so coffee added to it just intensified the whole thing and added an acidity to it, enjoyable, but a bit much for a smooth drink that i'd expect from a stout

and the berry monkey was astonishing, not a hint of alcohol from it, for being a 9.5%abv, but it might just be my love of raspberries that made it so enjoyable

that's a good point on cam streams, not the most original of content, but definitely the sort that one would want to be there for to get the most enjoyment from :3

@Paradox cool, i generally figure that's the idea of livestreams as well, a sort of in the moment kinda deal
stream clips are a bit silly to me, but vods are nice to have to eliminate that feeling of fomo

in today's case, a 'sad panda' coffee stout and a 'berry monkey' raspberry fruited sour (maybe a blackberry fruited sour later)
both were pretty tasty, though, i think i prefer nitro guinness in terms of stouts
the raspberry sour was exceptional, lots of raspberry flavor shining through, raspberries are so tasty :)
