@ww ah, that's.. actually a really good point, almost architected the solution in my head entirely now that you said it...

oh, i do keep forgetting that just about any language works on the backend these days, i should probably learn a js/ts framework or two at some point (really wish rust wasn't so painful there)...
and yeah, kinda spaced on the kerfuffles going on in the ruby community right now.. bweh, why do foss projects gotta be like that lately.. still faster than python most of the time though :3

@ww woah, this is a really neat project

i currently use nanoc for my static generator, but i think being able to do server side rendering would really come in handy
primary idea coming to mind is a photo gallery where images can just be dumped into a folder and it does the thing (i know those exist, but most are too complicated for my liking and i wouldn't be able to hack on them all that well...)
helps a lot that ruby is, to me, a lot more comfy than php

though, you should totally pick up some ruby, it honestly feels like i can write pseudocode most of the time and it'll work anyway :p

@Paradox lately, whatever country music my work has been playing, it's so bad sometimes.. i'll have to actively think of other music or listen to something else to get it to stop

though, if i'm lucky it'll be something i really enjoy, fox stevenson or zedd (plenty of other artists, but those came to mind) will happen from time to time and that's a pretty awesome mood boost for me :3

@Paradox so true, like, rainbows are just straight up pretty... while i don't mind things being associated with other things, sometimes things should be able to just be things, if that makes any sense at all
kinda like separating the art and the artist, separate the icon and the idea from time to time, it can make life a bit more enjoyable

if i happen to find myself in a cracker barrel, i shall have to try it, though, i don't think i've ever been to be honest...

though, the uploader did explicitly categorize it as "LGBT Art", so iunno..

i think they'd take it to dms, generally speaking, if they weren't ok with others popping in

i know i've ended up in some.. interesting threads just joining...

and like, if they definitely weren't ok with you being there after popping in, they'd probably say so...
