kinda wish that the last f3x connection back north wasn't so early
i really enjoy the wander, just have to cut it off way earlier than i'd like.. i should really look into the park n ride stations...

@boghan me, literally planning visits three to four months in advance:

your logic is really sound though, it's rare that anyone can reliably schedule so far out in advance
i think a monthish out is the sweet spot really, lots of time for a given host to prepare if needed, plenty of time to find places to stay, things to do, all that good stuff

thinking about the phrase "live every day as if it's your last".. kind of a silly one if you ask me
like, i get the idea behind it, go do that thing you want to do cause you might not get another shot, from the literal sense though? it kinda says go do a thing even if you might get injured, and if you do, who cares, it was your last day..

kinda related is "the first day of the rest of your life"
i like this one a heap better, especially with the realization that every day is the first day of the rest of your life
it's totally used in negative connotations, like, 'you'll never get past this point, you're stuck here forever'
i don't really think that has to be its only meaning though
more along the lines of thinking, the rest of my life, huh, i should make the most of it to make the rest of my life better
it also kinda lets the past go, being the first day and all

iunno how to conclude this whole thing or even if i could, but yeah, some thoughts

@Paradox couple of adjustments on the lens and exposure on the body
it's really not any more difficult, excluding cases where you can't look through the viewfinder, but it is a lot more engaging, lots more thinking about every shot (might be the film doing that though :p)
