the location specific variants of pride flags that just take the standard flags and stamp a city or state's seal on it are kinda really icky imo like, i've seen it been done to the intersex inclusive progress pride flag and like, for a flag that's intending to symbolize unity, be inclusive, doesn't stamping an area's seal on it kiinda make it exclusionary to everybody not in that area? why would we divide ourselves on such silly things as imaginary lines on a map..?
i can sorta see where they're coming from i guess, governments of a given area wanting to show they they support the ideals at play but it's totally a wrong way to go about it, fly the standard area flag with the prideful flag of choice and like, fly it all year long, don't take it down after june's passed and go half mast for a bigot's death a few months later actually put a little thought and consideration into these things, think about the message that's being sent, don't just do a thing cause it's “the thing to do”

injectable drug questionhow much wastage should one expect from a 5ml vial? it looks like my estradiol valerate will be coming in that packaging
it's a fair bit more than i'm prescribed to be injecting and i'd rather avoid wasting any if i could, but there's a lot of minutia that i'm not super aware of yet when it comes to injectable drugs

@wyatt i generally like to be up to date on things so i can understand what is going on around me kinda sucks to be left out and out of the loop, not be able to see what the joke is and laugh at it together
and like, sticking in the past, to what you know while the world moves forward around you, grows and learns new things is kinda sad tbh shows a lack of curiosity, willingness to try new things, and desire to never move outside one's comfort zone
/shrugs/ never any harm in learning about things, even if those things may be harmful to the world at large
