@Paradox what a bizarre phrase and meme, like i looked at the knowyourmeme 'corn cobbed' page and was just confused

i'm personally a big fan of collars and their tactility, without being stifling like a choker or loose like a necklace, the very fine adjustability is a big plus in my eyes
for me they do lack the association with ownership, they're, as i see it, just objects worn around the neck, like any other necklace... i think i can understand it a bit better when tags get involved... even then, similar in my eyes to a locket :cirno_shrug:

i do have a custom sized choker planned though, made from paracord.. i'm hopeful that i can get the same tactile feeling while perhaps being a bit less uncomfortable for those that worry about such things... though i suppose braided paracord might still look too collarish for some....
