dealing with stuff like this is why weekend-night teams often see pretty hefty shift differentials
we often also see the spring side of daylight savings too, so it evens out pretty nicely

i do wish daylight savings would be abolished sooner rather than later though, it makes scheduling so annoying sometimes... and like, there's lots of health reasons to stop having it too
