whinging about work in general
@Paradox one of the crazy things about that is that the customer is oftentimes the same person as the one in the middleand like, we often know how bad it is, but still make decisions that make things worse for those in the middle
so dumb that the only ones that get to do what seems to make them happy are those at the tippy top... those that seem to do the least in an organization overall :/
