why is it that so many meat alternatives be all silly or like "tofurkey"stuff like that... most of the time i know i just want pea protein or tofu
also wish the more exotic (i guess) meat alternatives were commonly available, it'd be handy to go to the store and pick up textured pea protein without seasonings already in it, i think...
anyway, getting off track...
