ok, so i can't seem to find information on this anywhere... search results are all like "what can you put in carry on", not super helpful
can you typically access items in carry on during flights?

the personal item thing reads as though you definitely can get at it, but i'm trying to figure out if i want that to be my steam deck case or camera bag
cause my camera bag offers lots of versatility, but if i can't get at my carry on mid-flight, i'd much rather have my deck for the long hops...

iunno, might seem like a silly question, but i don't fly terribly often and all the times i have the trip has been short enough for it to not really matter... suppose i could just figure it out on the first hop /shrugs/
