@wyatt it's ok to make mistakes, it's how we learn, it's how we grow
when it becomes a problem is when we don't learn from them, when we don't see what went wrong, don't attempt to do better the next time

i don't know what happened (or even if you're speaking in the general sense), but i do hope you can overcome it, learn, and grow from it
i've got faith in you, having seen little bits of the good you put into the world, you do seem the sort to want to do better :)
