the relevant inbox sees some 1200 emails (i only send like.. ten, at most) a week
and atop sending out emails for each set of scans, there's attached folder structuring and spreadsheets
it'd be way better to have a portal to dump an archive into and call it a day
it's no big deal ultimately, just a lot to keep track of and very error prone..
